Ecco Ristorante
With 30 years of service, the design needed to honour traditional Italian roots while appealing to a new audience. Inspired by coastal towns and bistros, the palette balanced heritage with a modern coastal touch. Classic details like white tablecloths and bentwood chairs were reimagined with fresh finishes, creating a warm, adaptable space for everything from an afternoon Aperol to a family gathering.
Working to a tight budget, updates focused on maximum impact. The neglected deck became an all-weather venue with flexible furniture, while timber accents and colour added warmth to the once neutral, grey interior.
